If Ueda's genotype is homozygous B, the cross would be like:

which means that ALL their children would be of BLOOD TYPE B.


If Ueda's genotype is heterozygous B, the cross would be like:


I^Bi x ii = 2 I^Bi, 2 ii
half of their children would have BLOOD TYPE B and the other half would have BLOOD TYPE O. Since Sho is the first child, I'm assuming that BLOOD TYPE B would be the dominant gene/trait.
